What the water distiller does
The SSS 4-15 L heats drinking water and condenses the resulting steam in an air-cooled circuit to obtain distilled water. Its task differs from an autoclave: the distiller prepares water, while an autoclave steam-sterilizes materials specified in its own model passport.
State the intended use and required amount of water in a purchasing request. Selecting a distiller and confirming that its output meets a particular laboratory or clinical requirement are separate tasks. Assess the required water quality against your organization's documentation.
Comparing 4, 10 and 15 L/h modes
Three output modes are published for the SSS 4-15 L: 4, 10 and 15 L/h. Record daily demand and available operating hours before asking about a distiller. These figures help frame a discussion of the appropriate mode and technical requirements.
If several processes consume water, total their requirements and note the main consumption times. The L/h figures describe model modes; they do not guarantee identical results under every connection or operating condition. Check the proposed selection against the water distiller passport.
- Identify daily volume and peak consumption times.
- Check power, installation space and documented connection requirements.
- Prepare questions about modes, maintenance and documents.
Air cooling and water use
The SSS 4-15 L has an air-cooled circuit which, according to the model information, does not use running water for cooling. The distiller still uses drinking water as its feed. Cooling-water consumption and feed-water requirements are different considerations.
Installation planning should cover more than the cabinet dimensions. Review the passport requirements for placement, connections and operation. The SSS 4-15 L equipment page provides parameters and the Documents section links to the technical passport.
Names in enquiries: distilyator, DE-25M and Aksadistilyator
Uzbek enquiries may spell a water distiller as distilyator; this site uses suv distillyatori. Older or familiar enquiry names include DE-25M and Aksadistilyator. Attach the equipment label and any available passport when using these names.
The number in DE-25M should not automatically be equated with SSS 4-15 L output. Aksadistilyator alone also does not determine connections, power or a spare part. Give MMG the familiar name, complete model designation and intended water preparation task.
Frequently asked questions
What do distilyator and distillyator refer to?
Both spellings occur in water distillation equipment enquiries. Add a model name, such as SSS 4-15 L, for an accurate response.
Can I enquire using DE-25M or Aksadistilyator?
Yes. Include a label photograph with the older or familiar name so that the model and required parameters can be identified from documents.
Is an SSS 4-15 L technical passport available?
Yes. Its equipment page and Documents section link to the passport covering connections, safety and maintenance.
